Hi, I'm Nelson "NellyT" Thomas — an amputee athlete, fitness and lifestyle coach, and motivational speaker who believes that setbacks are just setups for comebacks. After losing my leg, I refused to let that moment define me. Instead, I used it as fuel to grow stronger — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Fitness became more than just training my body — it became a way to build discipline, resilience, and confidence. What started as personal survival became a mission. I realized my journey wasn't just for me — it was a story that could unlock something in others. People who had been told they couldn't. People carrying weight no one could see. People who just needed someone to show them that getting back up was possible.
